Mouth Taping Is Not the Real Goal
Mouth taping has become one of the biggest sleep trends in recent years. The promise sounds simple: tape the mouth, breathe through the nose, sleep better. Personal tip: Goodnight kiss before you tape your mouth ;-) So to a degree, the physiology that mouth taping attempts to address makes sense.
