How The Breath and I Became Close Friends
I began meditating in 2004 and discovered Breathwork in 2015 after a severe burn-out. Since then, it has helped me alleviate stress, enhance my immune system, increased my overall well-being and so much more.
I am a certified Breathwork Instructor with over 400 hours of training of breathing deviations, breathing at work, optimal breathing for more energy and happiness in your life. I have studied Breathwork for nearly a decade and it is part of my daily routine. What can I say? I love it! It's potentially a light obsession ;-)
On the photo, you see Katia Boustani, who was not only my great mentor, but is a trained psychotherapist and one of very few Breath Coaches with more than 30 years of dedication to Rebirthing Breathwork and someone who worked directly with Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork, over many years.
Over the years I have come across, tested and worked with various breath work modalities (Buteyko, Oxygen Advantage, Pranayama, Soma Breath, Wim Hof) that I find most useful for busy individuals with little time - like me.
After working with multiple clients over the years and seeing the impact, I have have decided to work a 4 day work week and invest more time and energy into sharing this gift with more people, particularly in the corporate world!
