Breathwork refers to a range of breathing exercises, techniques or entire structured programs aimed at improving mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Most people already know alternative nostril breathing, box breathing or 4-7-8 cadence breathing.
However, Breathwork is so much more and involves breath observation, conscious manipulation the rhythm, depth, setting, visualization and pattern of breathing to achieve specific outcomes, such as relaxation, increased energy, spiritual growth, flow states and physical and mental long-term improvements with holistic programs.

Experience and proper Training
A well-qualified breathwork instructor will always put you first, should have completed at least 400 hours of training from a recognized teacher with decades of experience and has walked the way himself.
Safety & Transparency
A good teacher values emotional safety, clear communication and continuously invests in education in the areas of trauma-informed care, coaching, psychology, anatomy. Additionally, he or she knows his boundaries as when to refer to a psychotherapist, medical doctor or other specialists.
Personal alignment
A good facilitator listens, adapts to you needs and explains the methods. Most importantly, you should feel a sense of trust and connection with the teacher. So listen to your intuition.

I specifically focus on the easy application of the most effective techniques for busy individuals in management positions and corporate high-paced environments. However, the scientifically proven techniques work for everyone, which is why I work with aspiring athletes, deaf people and pretty much people with any background. Hence it is my vision to contribute to a world where everyone harnesses the power of the breath to heal, energize and thrive.
The breathing techniques used lean on a unique blend of hypoventilation (Coherent Breathing, Buteyko, Oxygen Advantage) and hyperventilation (Conscious Connected Breathing, Rebirthing, Wim Hof) techniques as well as holistic breathing knowledge to create the most benefits for you.
Absolutely, Breathwork is generally considered very safe. Most techniques can be practiced by everyone.
However, the right technique for the right person at the right time is key to ensure safety. Some techniques or programs are very intense and must not be practiced with for example severe mental health or cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or during certain trimesters of pregnancy.

In-person breathwork allows for a more immersive and physically supported experience. This is why I offer gym classes, workshops and personal coachings in and around Northrhine Westphalia, Germany.
Online Breathwork offers comfort, safety and time-efficiency from your office or home. You receive the same guidance and many clients feel surprsingly safe and enjoy the format a lot!
The effectiveness of breathwork depends more on your intention, openness and the guidance you receive, than on whether it's online or offline.
For each session you will receive clear instructions on how you can prepare for the distinct sessions. Typically, it involves light meals, proper hydration and comfortable or sports clothing. Some require very little preparation; Body & Mind sessions are improved by journaling and scheduling your day without stressful meetings.
