Breathwork refers to a range of breathing exercises or techniques aimed at improving mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
However, Breathwork is so much more than "techniques" and typically involves consciously manipulating the rhythm, depth, the right setting, a good teacher, sustainable improvements and the right pattern of breathing to achieve your desired outcomes, such as relaxation, increased energy, or emotional release. Breathwork is often used in therapeutic, meditative, or fitness settings and draws from various ancient and modern traditions.
Breathwork gained significant attention towards the end of the 20th century.
Here at Breathandwork.com I specifically focus on the application of the most effective techniques for busy individuals in management positions and corporate high-paced environments. However, the scientifically proven techniques work for everyone, which is why I work with aspiring athletes, deaf people and pretty much people with any background. Hence it is my vision to contribute to a world where everyone harnesses the power of the breath to heal, energize and thrive.
